Q: Shipping Policy

We ship via UPS or FedEx Ground unless otherwise specified. Most orders ship within 24-48 hours. We strive to consolidate our customers orders for the most economical shipping costs possible. Due to the extent of the sizes and weights of our parts, shipping costs cannot be determined until your order is packaged. We charge actual advertised shipping costs for freight and insurance. We do not have a "handling fee" or any other processing fee that other companies may charge. At the time your order is ready to ship, actual charges will be added to your credit card. Q: Warranty

We guarantee the workmanship and material of all new and reproduction parts sold for 30 days, or for the period stipulated on each product's warranty. Any warranty or guarantee offered by us, or the manufacturer that we represent, will be for the repair or replacement of the defective item only. Warranty does not cover damage to the engine or other parts, labor, personal injury, or any other damage or injury. Defective parts are to be returned to us freight prepaid. We are not responsible for any damage or loss caused by delays, failures, or any other consequential damage that may arise from any cause whatsoever, nor for the labor, transportation or any other charges incurred in the replacement or repair of a defective item.

Q: Returns

You must obtain a Return Authorization Number from us. Write this number on the outside of the package, and ship it to us freight prepaid, or it will not be accepted. Items must be returned in original box and packaged adequately to avoid any damage in shipping. It is the customer's responsibility to return a copy of their invoice for returns, exchanges or warranty work. All returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. All merchandise is non-returnable after 30 days from date of invoice. If any product is modified, altered, painted, installed or disassembled in any way without Shafer’s Classic Reproductions expressed written permission, the item is non-returnable. Any item that has been altered, painted, installed or deemed non-resalable by Shafer’s Classic Reproductions will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense. Shafer’s Classic Reproductions is not responsible or liable for labor fees associated with the installation, removal, modification or repair of any product purchased regardless of the circumstances. Any defective item will be repaired or replaced per our warranty or factory warranty.

Any legitimate business engaged in the resale of automotive parts can inquire about becoming an authorized dealer. Call, fax or write to us on your company letterhead and enclose a copy of your current occupational license or state tax certificate.
